This Return & Exchange Policy is issued by Ingénue, in accordance with Kuwait Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014 and Ministerial Resolution No. 16/2015.

 

1. Eligible Returns & Exchanges

For hygienic reasons, lingerie, underwear, bodysuits, and similar intimate items cannot be returned or exchanged, except when the product is defective or incorrect upon delivery. Loungewear or non-intimate items may be exchanged or returned for store credit if:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• The request is made within 10 days of delivery.
• Proof of purchase is provided.

 

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at 90069300. We will inspect the item and arrange a replacement or refund as per Kuwaiti consumer protection standards.

 

3. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or as store credit within 7–14 business days after inspection.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Bras, panties, stockings, shapewear, bodysuits
• Sale items and gift cards
• Items without original packaging or with signs of wear

 

5. Legal Compliance Notice

This policy complies with Kuwait Consumer Protection Law No. 39/2014, which permits exceptions for hygiene-related products.
